As a fellow grief and loss navigator, I can only imagine the process you have taken to get here. I am honored to partner with you as you take space for you.

As someone who has thrived through many experiences with grief and loss, I know that placing time limits or stages to your grief and transition journey or following someone else's journey and practices is not going to sustain you through your journey—or build your resilience through grief, loss, and transitions going forward.

You have to define and design the journey, for YOU.

I promise you this. You CAN navigate and thrive through your journey holistically and on your terms—without feeling powerless and overwhelmed or having to be strong all the time.

CAN YOU RELATE?

I am Middle-aged. My lifelong experience with grief and loss began in my early childhood- specifically as a witness and caregiver to a terminally ill parent. As life would have it, grief and loss have visited me through various other ways. A terminal illness and the death of my other parent. Divorce and death of a spouse, family dynamic shifts, relationship shifts, job loss and transitions, career shifts, and empty nester. All while working on personal aspirations, being the solo income earner, an entrepreneur, and working in a fast-paced and demanding environment with minimal support.

As a certified professional and grief coach skilled in transition strategy, focus mastery, and cognitive behavior therapy, I help young and middle-aged adults struggling with grief and loss so that they can move forward to their new normal holistically.

With additional proven success and experience in coaching executives, senior leaders, young professionals, and entrepreneurs, develop their personal and business transition strategies while navigating their personal grief and loss experiences.

Why, you may ask?

Multiple health studies have shown the negative impact of grief on our mental and physical health. When our vitality is at risk, our ability to live the whole life we desire is at stake.

This became clearer over the years while consulting and coaching clients, executive leaders, and colleagues on business change strategies. They struggled to manage their personal transitions—their priority focus was on their work or 'powering' through—they lacked the tools. Most importantly, they lacked the support and space to focus on what should have been their primary focus—meeting their loss and managing their transitions and grief.

So, I took the opportunity to reshift my focus by partnering with people like you. People who are ready to go through life transitions awakened, and holistically.

Although none of us want to be in this space, it is a sacred space. Everyone deserves to thrive and live a holistically healthy life as part of life's experiences.

While honoring the loved ones you are grieving or significant transitions, I want you to see yourself as the guest of honor in this space.

A space where you don't have to be strong, courageous, optimistic, resilient, or maintain an attitude of gratitude—all the time—or wear it as a badge of honor. A space where you can stop—pause, and breathe safely—define your journey, and ignite your resilience and strength as you see fit.

WHY WORK WITH ME?

I follow the principle that everyone's grief and loss journey is unique. Although we can relate on some levels, our journeys are not the same.


Even though grief and loss are not easy and can be painful, in my experience, it gives us an opportunity to expand to a greater awareness in our journey—

once we know what to do with that grief.

Because we live in a society that doesn't really allow space or time for grieving, we tend to be grief avoidant-wanting to move quickly past it, remaining stuck, or not deal with it at all. And we all know that what we avoid will eventually make its presence known. What I know for sure is that we can't always control how loss and transitions come to us, but we do have the power to choose how we meet grief, make space to grieve, and manage the necessary transitions-focusing, defining and intentionally navigating our journey on our own terms.

We can accomplish that via focused behavioral and physical shifts coupled with tactical actions, steps, and tools—grounded in some focus mastery and cognitive behavior and other techniques—that ultimately give us space to BE the personification of our highest selves, able to thrive and live our lives to the fullest, no matter what life's circumstances might bring. I am excited to share with you.
